My babies turn 1

Amazing enough it has been a whole year since the girls were born. Sept. 7th they turned 1!!!! It is insane how fast this year has gone, and all the wonders that my world has been filled with. Filled with many feeding, night time rendezvous, bottles, at least one or two of you crawling on me at all times, and lots and lots of loves and snuggles!

These two girls are so different from each other sometimes it is hard to believe they are twins. But for me that is the best part about it.

We had a great party for them. One of those days were everything seems right in the world. Everyone was happy, the girls could not have had more fun, and a lot of my loved ones around. I had a lot of my family here, and Matt's mom, dad and sister came down for the party. Thanks to Crystal we got some fabulous pictures of the girls!

Then came cake time, and man if all of you only could have been here!!! It was the funniest thing ever. The girls devoured their cake. They could not get enough and probably would have eaten the whole thing had I let them. It was one of the funnest things to watch. They were in seventh heaven!

By the end Paris had cake all in her hair, face and everywhere!!!

Then it was bath time and the girls were hammered after that. Played for a little bit then went to bed. Thanks to everyone who came to the party, it made it very special; and to my 2 favorite little girls, thanks for being my 2 little perfect girls. I could not imagine my life without you guys!!! I love you more then words can say!!!!

Off to Utah

This last weekend we decided to head out of town with our crew and head to Utah. It was a great little trip. When we first pulled into town we headed straight to Temple Square. I loved taking my kids there for the first time. Talmadge thought it was pretty special.

We then, met Matt's parents down there and started the weekend by going out a Utah soccer game. The Dallies who we stayed with, their daughter plays for their team.

The next day we heading out to the zoo. Could not have asked for better weather. And besides the awesome flat tire we had on our stroller. Turned out to be a great day.

Matt went to Priesthood session later that day while us girls hung out. Then we headed home the next day. It was a great little weekend!

This last weekend. Matt took Talmadge on their first campout. Talmadge could not have been more excited. He talked to every person he saw about it for weeks before the campout. Matt was super brave for going just the two of them. Talmadge had a lot of first on this campout and came home the next day totally hammered because he had had so much fun!!!!

Talmadge has suddenly become huge in playing dress up (boy wise) This is what he thinks is his spider man costume. Gloves for his webs The underwear around his legs so he doesn't slip going up the buildings (yes that is his words) And the rest used for fighting! Man this age is way to much fun!! His other major obsession is He-Man (the 80's He-Man)
