Easter

Ok.....so I just have to say.....Easter around the Stevens household this year sucked!!!!! We have been fighting the flu since last Tuesday so almost a whole week now. And let me tell you the only thing worse then a 7 month old throwing up, is two 7 month olds throwing up!!! The only person who has been lucky enough not to get it is Talmadge. Thank Heavens, and I am praying everyday that he doesn't come down with it. So, needless to say the weeks and weeks I have been waiting to dress my little girls up in their Easter dresses for church, didn't happen. Waiting to do Easter egg hunts with my Talmadge and nieces and nephews also didn't happen. We spent the day at home and did a sad little hunt with Talmadge inside our house.....how lame!!!
Anyways, just had to vent and pray that next year will be better. And hopefully in the next couple of weeks I can get my girls in their Easter dressing and Talmadge in his matching tie and take some pictures for you all to see.....

Spring is upon us!!!

It has been starting to get warm around here. Only on certain days in between the cold rainy days. So we have been trying to take every advantage of getting outside whenever possible.
The kids are getting so big so fast. Talmadge is loveing to do anything outdoors. Taking walks, playing soccer, blowing bubbles. The girls are now seven months old. Sitting up on their own. Paris already has 2 teeth, and they are finding it a lot of fun to play with each other. A lot of times that consists of pulling hair or poking each other in the face but it is still really fun to watch. So here are my cute little kids.
Playing in our back common area. Talmadge can't get enough of soccer!
Going for lots of walks
Playing so hard, you just can't stay awake a moment longer!!
Grandpa and Nanna stopped by on their way to Utah and spent some time with the kids and brought them some great Easter gifts!
Oh how I love dressing up my girls!!
We are looking so forward to many many more days of summer!!

Date Night

So since I don' have a facebook page. I just have to write this post. Last night I had my first of hopefully many many date nights with my little man!!!! It was one of the greatest nights. We went out to dinner and a movie together. No sisters, no husband or dad, just the two of us spending time together. It is one of the most undescribable greatest things, to have a little man that at least for right now in his life, you are the most important girl in his life. He sat on my lap for the whole movie, Despicable Me, which is really cute by the way, and just had fun together. I know I am biest but I think I have one of the cutest sweetest little boys in the whole world and I couldn't ask for anything more!!!! I thank Heavenly Father every day for him!!!!

When the girls turned 3 months old. I couldn't resist going to get their ears pierced. It was my first girls day out with my little girls so I got them all dressed up, brought my mom and sisters along for support and headed out to the mall.
Vienna was the firs to go......
And here is wear you feel like the worlds meenest mom!!!!!
It took her less then 5 min. to calm down though. And look at how pretty they are.......
Next came Paris, who the poor girl was dead asleep when we did the first ear, talk about a rude awakening..........

It was a great little outing with my girls and I have been so glad I got their ears done every day, they look so pretty with them.
